DECORATION SPECIFICATIONS

  • All apparel is embroidered on the left chest with the selected USA Softball Logo unless there is a brand logo on the left.  We will embroider the logo on the right chest.
  • The embroidery design will be sewn in the approved logo colors only.
  • Jackets with pockets on the left chest may prohibit embroidery.  We will embroider the logo on the right chest.
  • Optional personalization incurs an additional fee. 
  • Personalization will be made EXACTLY as typed.  Please proofread carefully.
  • You MUST indicate that you want the personalization option by clicking YES next to the prompt.  Just adding your name to the text field below the prompt WILL NOT alert us to personalize the item.
  • Personalization is embroidered on the right chest or on the back of hats. If the item has a brand logo on the right, the personalization will be placed under the logo on the left chest.  Thread color will be white on dark colored items and blue on light colored items.
  • Busy Bee Embroidery reserves the right to adjust the size of the personalization to fit appropriately in the space allowed on the garment.
  • Logos displayed on items are for visual representation only.  All embroidery will be sewn according to your company’s specifications in accordance with industry standards to fit properly on your item.
  • Accessories are embroidered as shown, with optional personalization placed below the design.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE:

  • We make every effort to produce and ship orders within two weeks of receiving the order. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

  • If you order items that are discontinued or out of stock, we will notify you for further direction.  We reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING:

  • All orders are either shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Order are available for pickup at 7044 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA, Monday – Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 to 12:00 noon.  If you plan on picking up your order at our shop, please be sure to contact us prior to stopping in to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
